I have been doing a lot of personal thinking about all that is happening and have a few thoughts, I hope the board will bear with me and see if I have made any sense.

1. Wesseal is buying 25% of the outstanding shares. This equates to 125mm shares.
Q. Why would they do this?
A. If they began purchasing last week at .14.5 it would have cost them $10mm to purchase 75MM shares. If they had to pay .25 to purchase an additional 50MM shares it would cost them 12MM more. Total $25MM.
According to the approximate share value already calulated for SLJB based on the unaduited numbers and the 2007 performa, (excuse me for not showing the numbers as they have been posted adnausium.? The the fair market value per share would be $2.82 per share, based on $307MM. If you extropolate that to $657MM with the additional $350 MM for the concrete deal that gives the fair market value Of $6.03per share at a multiple of 25X earnings.
If Weseal pays $25MM for 125MM shares that equals $750,000,000
in fair market value per share.
