Without a doubt, there is substantial risk for current PPHM "leadership" to lose BOD seat(s), if not outright control to Team Ronin unless there is a catalyst type event before the ASM. Simply adding more BOD seats along with current PPHM recommendation on who to vote for is propably too risky.
A proxy delay will tell us a lot. In the past, preliminary proxys were released in mid August.
