As John Fieldly would probably tell you, an order does not count as revenue until it is shipped.

Pre-orders would not qualify as "revenue" unless they were shipped. Since the China news didn't come out prior to June 30th (the end of Q2), we doubt that you will see any revenue from pre-order activity.
