The ceo does not have the ability to tell the transfer agent to keep a stock transaction a secret..it is a public company. That one makes me laugh. If the company issued any new shares it would be reflected in their stock data.

This company keeps working each and every day on all fronts and it is a going concern who has inked up some impressive accounts this year and I am a long term investor.
