Itrade.. you are obviously not very intelligent. Any national promotion has a PR person who contacts local media. It is up to the various affiliates if they want to carry it on the local news. Basically PR 101. Any person who has any idea on how promotions work would know this. I suggest some reading at a local library on public relations before making a fool of yourself once again.
