Look under reasons for suspension. It's clearly outlined, fraud investigation. So non reporting was not the issue at hand. It was fraud. Hence the suspension. If Alkame was suspected of fraud, they would have joined those tickers on the suspended board. However from what we know as of now, there is no such evidence or fact to support. Hence ongoing trading without suspension. Now let's move on.
