More likely that those articles and other promoters deliberately put out misleading information about the fate of RVUE. RVUE's own press release was very clear that RVUE would cease to exist. "Risk" was 100%
Just points out there were signs that made this a calculated risk
"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
