frankie, have you still not tried to imagine that the increase in O/S could be from GGI cashing in debentures issued to them when we accumulated the millions in our war chest, not GZFX selling stock? Doesn't that sound a lot more feasible seeing as they did have that cash on hand. We don't know why the shares were issued. It has the same efffect, dilution, but MAYBE not GZFX selling shares just covering the debentures.. Is there no room to give them the benefit of the doubt sometimes?
