This particular lawsuit may or may not be relevant. I'm hoping that it is irrelevant, but the Transfer Agent is quite instrumental in this process.

I know some have said that Richard Oravec indicated it was not an issue.

As well, StockFarmers post with the comparison of another company using V-Stock helped calm my concerns a bit.

Time will tell - hopefully we will know more this week.

Nonetheless - longer term everything should come around with the Name and Symbol change by FINRA. http://otce.finra.org/DLSymbolNameChanges
