Better than Rufus' response - which was no response at all. Seriously, if a REAL publicly traded company were in the same position - and the letter was a fake - they would be bordering on gross negligence for not denying it publicly.
This is real money, invested by real people. This is not some cute little game. Issues like that C&D are EXTREMELY serious. No response from the company means it's real.
A phone call to Canady, which all of you seem quite nervous about making, would be even better proof.
Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
