Interesting question Eric. I have never received any compensation from Medinah/Cerro or asked for any. I do recall once long ago..when Ralph Ulm was the IR guy for Medinah..he offered me some shares of Medinah..which I refused. I don't know if he was acting on the behalf of the company or just himself.
