There are three rules to thermodynamics, the rules that govern that.

One you can win the game

Two you can not break even (100% efficiency is BS)

Three, you can not quite or leave the game, :(

One, what does it cost to make the special Al alloy? Total input costs.

What does it cost to transport the waste for recycling, IF it can be recycled?

What happens to the O2 and the power that went into making it?

What does it cost to transport the AL to the point of use?

Making raw aluminum is super costly and energy intensive. That is why it is recycled.

Mvtg's-Mantra Energy has already solved the problem of making cheap Hydrogen (it is part of syn gas, part H2 and CO). In fact the Mvtg ERC-reactor makes profit from making the CO part of the syn gas and the H2 is free low value byproduct!!!! They just need funding for the new Syn Gas ERC reactor, not to be confused with the earlier ERCs. The Syn gas product (part hydrogen) is barley 2 years old and only recently completed the 10,000 hour electrode trials in the mini-pilot plant.
