This figure consists of: 30.4M basic shares on the 6/30/17 balance sheet (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1479290/000147929017000036/rvncq21710q.htm#sE19DB70467BEB07E1D1921E1D7D5C497); 4.0M options, warrants, and non-vested restricted stock (ibid, page 18); and 0.4M shares sold via the ATM facility that were not recorded on the 6/30/17 balance sheet (ibid, page 7).
