RVNC’s pro forma cash balance at 6/30/17 was $174.7M. This figure consists of: $165.1M of net current assets on the 6/30/17 balance sheet (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1479290/000147929017000036/rvncq21710q.htm#sE19DB70467BEB07E1D1921E1D7D5C497 ); and $9.6M cash received (net of fees) on 7/5/17 from the sale of 389K shares via the ATM facility at an average price of $25.56/sh (ibid, page 7).
