Why in November? TFN/BKMP have had since the begining, and increasing month to month Revenues coming in. The money is flowing in, IMO at a very good rate. They could have used the NET profits since the Buy Back was announced until Now to buy up all the shares they wanted. Could be 1 bill or it could be more. At the rate of .0004 x 13,400,000,000 it would only take 5.4 million dollars to buy all o/s. So its very possible they could have bought back alot of the o/s.
