"Our SEC attorney spoke with the SEC on friday and they want a Letter of Intention as to when we will be current. We will fax that Monday after our call with auditors and accountants. Filing the 8K with information in April was helpful, as was us hiring MB in Oct. and immediately hiring Sadler Gibb once they resigned. They see we're an operating company in good standing with DE, not revoked or in default as are the stocks that get suspended."
