Sharing an email from Mr. Campo in regards to fillings and environmental permit.

Great things to come as everything is still moving along IMO.

Hi Miguel,

This is posted on CAR website, hence it's public. This is the Notice of site visit, which is last step in approval. We had a visit about 2-3 years ago for coal but we added rocks and here we are. They only visit once all else is in order, as long as they don't see illegal mining activity or other violations, which there isn't, approval will be swift. Once we pay the CO$ 8,000,000 they'll schedule visit. The last one was only $ 4,000,000.

This is one of the main reasons I haven't moved the crusher onsite, I don't want them to see equipment only Greenfields.

Enjoy the rest of your summer, I'm jealous because I'm buried in projects and can't think of anything else. There's so much work to do and it never stops. Once things kick off I'll have a staff and maybe I can enjoy myself, until then I have to keep busting my "******" for my shareholders, including the main one, yours truly.

Best regards,
John

This is great news John. I see the visit is scheduled for 14 September so I'm assuming the fee has been paid?

Yes work your butt off now! So we can meet in Columbia and celebrate your success later.

Just curious if the auditors delivered or requested more time?

Also do you mind if I share this email on the board?

Thank you once again for keeping me updated.

RE: CAR Notice
John Campo to youshow details
Hi Miguel,

Yes it is great news. The auditors have not requested more info., the final phase is getting debt confirmations back from creditors which we should have all by Monday. Our SEC attorney spoke with the SEC on friday and they want a Letter of Intention as to when we will be current. We will fax that Monday after our call with auditors and accountants. Filing the 8K with information in April was helpful, as was us hiring MB in Oct. and immediately hiring Sadler Gibb once they resigned. They see we're an operating company in good standing with DE, not revoked or in default as are the stocks that get suspended.

All the best,
John
