This is not fact... It is an opinion....


yet it is being expressed that it is fact. It is common knowledge for experienced traders that RS can wipe out share holders... BUT NONE of those companies ever announced a RM and states there may be a RS 1 month ahead of time. They drop it you with no notice.

Now we have a unique situation where a SEC reporting pink current company is merging with a large private company. And together they have created a very lucrative product that NOBODY knows exactly how big its going to be.

There intention is not to wipe out share holders, sell shares and run for the hills. A RS can be used to clean up current SS and maintain current value while increasing the PPS for uplisting and further acquisition purposes.

Its absolute total deceptive language to blanket all RS scenarios as financial suicide. I'll tell u what. Smart money is trying to buy as many cheap shares pre RS so they have a large chunk post RS.... for when the REAL news begins to drop and the uplisting process begins and the OPPOSITE scenario unfolds... because thats when we will the OWC$ type run to multi dollars.


And guess what... I dont care if my 10 million shares now becomes 100k... when this stock hits dollar land it will be worth WAY more than it is now.
