There are a wide variety of divy payers available in every sector. CRF & CLM are reorganizing, I think they'll be offering shares in the mid $13.00' currently paying .2289 & .239. ORC is a quality payer at .14 cents EDF .18 all monthlies. I like SXCP paying .625 quarterly, AMID .4125, AI .55 and SPH .88 cent quarterly divy. Their share prices usually appreciate $3.00-$4.00 over the course of the year so they're a win win going Long. Also check out Harry Domash's site. He does a lot of the dividend legwork so we can cherry pick. Ive been looking for a reasonable water utility with a healthy dividend. Opposite of StoneMors line of work, Water is Life. :)
