important--i would add there are SEVERAL MORE STEPS along the way...The company wants to get pps, on its own merit ( no r/s), to get to $4/share! how: Great audited financials, move to otc bb before Nasdaq, bury the 100-200 mil shorts, perhaps include a dividend to help the shorters cover even quicker, wessal buying 25% of the shares in the OPEN MARKET (likely not even started yet), keep the huge contracts coming in, amd yes, I would agree the pps could get to $4 pps on its own and move to Nasdaq!! go SLJB!!
