They didn't get the contract. They got awarded a spot on the contract. Huge difference between actually getting a contract and just being on a list of eligible companies. For all we know, another few bigger companies will get the contracts, or these guys may get a piece. Who knows, but for now, there is NO contract awarded to anyone as on today.
