Actually it doesn't appear they are ...when the ceo spews crap for months about the glorious partners and adequate funding available then just disappears one day not even bothering to file financials and his other two pot stocks are dead too it's kind of telling what dabney was actually doing ...I'm going to request a meeting with dabney and his doctor friend ....we would like to do this sooner rather than later, lots of questions ..... What happened to dabneys Vegas deal...lmao....same as the others ....lies....totally clueless about business ...blantent lie....greedy ....stupid... When dabney claimed to have products in Colorado clinics and the clinics called him out as a liar he should have been stopped from selling shares at that point...but he fled Colorado where everyone in the business knew what an asshole he is .....there was some hope he would at least try to avoid the legal issues he's created for everyone connected with this disaster ..he's been through so many people it's obvious they didn't feel comfortable being part of his joke of what was going on.....they still will be on the hook for retribution of all illegally obtained funds they received ...
When a man charges his shareholders over a thousand dollars a day to run their company he should be availible ...not hiding from investors ....what do you have to say dabney
