I think if the sales only and I don't mean in a bad way went up 7% they must be doing a much better job on receivables. When there about the only game in town medical payments become better because they want to keep using them. Ans they can't say brand x is cheaper because there is no brand X even if those brand X guys are manufacturing in a 3rd world country(Can you say quality control)
