Somehow, I don't see anyone taking any interest in what the terms are of the "great financing". Gee, this must be a pink sheet! This slime CEO is taking full advantage of the pink sheet investors! Only in the pink sheets would an announcement of equity financing be released without mentioning the terms! lol
The terms? Oh, are they important? In the pinks, investors buy first, then after years learn the whole story... well better said, after years, all the facts are revealed. I'll be pointing out this announcement once we hit new lows.. yes in time.. for certain. Your CEO has assured that!
Eventually, through filings, more of the truth will be known! Until then, the slime CEO will keep his shareholders in the dark,, where he wants them! When will the terms be allowed to be seen by shareholders? Not until November?
