I do not like being the negative nancy here but the problem with what ACTC did was against federal policy and someone please correct me if I am wrong. The problem for ACTC will be the fact that they destroyed the embryos in their scientific research in the first place and that is what everyone is raising cane about. We could liken this to someone going out and selling pharmacutical drugs that have not been approved and then going to the FDA to get approval because they worked like they had planned on them doing. The stink that everyone was making is that they should have never used the embryos in the first place and that is where they are going to run into the problems with the Federal Government. They may have used some of the embryos already designated for approval by the Gov and somebody please correct me if I am wrong but that could go in their favor. If they did not use approved ones it will have to take a lot more effort for federal funding.

It does appeaer that their research has been proven if they have hooked up with the Wicell institute so they have that in their favor. I am sure they have the complete stem cell scientific world eyeballing them still and this will be a topic for some time.

It could also be that the MM's are hoarding up some of these shares in anticipation of the conference on the 16th which is only a month away. That should create some buying pressure here very shortly. If you think a month is a short time for this stock...lol...after all we are penny stock investors!! For some of us it is a life time.
