Raj, no is denying that Dan was unethical with a primary objective of enriching himself and left the company fully loaded with RSUs while his investors saw 40%+ losses on his watch, but he is gone now. Hopefully the new CEO can dig us out of the hole we are in. I think at this point a sale of the company is the right thing to do for both patients and investors.
