The complaint was filed on 7/31. I don't know how to actually post it here nor do I think it is necessary. The point is that it is an unnecessary distraction for the CEO at a time when all of his focus needs to be on somehow saving this company. And if the allegations are true, also some scary insight into his personality (but again, that is not relevant to us shareholders who just care about seeing the stock price correct).
