Yep they're not going to be doing an offering at these levels and if anything will forego their already planned PODRAS trials and divert that cash towards the CAT 3 HAP studies on Rexista.

As the previous 2 posters already laid out...IPCI mgmt. has lots of available options that don't consist of any need for any offerings at these depressed share price levels glty
