According to the States records you have the order of events backwards.

1. Chenghui Realty Holding Company (A) incorporates in Nevada in 2008
2. Chenghui Realty Holding Company (B) incorporates in Colorado on 5/20/16
3. Chenghui Realty Holding Company of Nevada (A) merges INTO Chenghui Realty Holding Company (B) on 5/20/16
3. Chenghui Realty Holding Company of Colorado (B) changes name during the merger filing to Social Detention, Inc. on 5/20/16
4. Chenghui Realty Holding Company of Nevada (A) files Articles of Dissolution on 5/31/16

So, you see... Merger happened BEFORE dissolution. Not after.
