Actually the price has been very steady considering the low volumne. At this point ATCT has based and its become a wait and see what happens.

These levels and trading patterns will test the resolve of share holders. Daytraders and momentum traders have exited at this point.

Hold strong and imo, believers will be rewarded for their patience .
