Some Income Trusts here are Real Estate like Commercial Shopping Plazas or Rental Apartments but there are also some very good Oil & Gas Trusts if you want more risk and/or diversification in a portfolio. A pretty decent one, IMHO, is PEYTO Explorations which recently converted from a common stock to a Trust.
