I respect your opinion, but in my opinion this is just wondering what have happened. No facts presented, and, as a skepticism on my part, I prefer to deal with real facts.

In my opinion our Investors Relations guy is not doing a 100% job. I got a private message from somebody from this board stating that he doesn't like to see the name of Richard Oravec associated to bad things publicly. I am sorry if I offended you, but that's the way I am: If I have to say something, I am going to say in your face. I am not going to wait until you turn your back to talk about you. I heard that Richard Oravec reads this board, so, here is my discontentment about the job you are doing.

I think what I exposed yesterday and what I am going to expose today are valid concerns. It's for our own good, because instead being wondering the 888, 999 or whatever, I know things are happening in China and still no news in the west side of the world.

I am not the Investors Relations (thank God), but if I was and I started getting over 300 calls a day from investors (not saying pissed investors), I would do something in order to be able to perform my job. Something like: "boss, I know you don't care about investors, but if you want to enter in the US market, what we have done is not the way it works in the US. In order to upgrade to NASDAQ, we should show that our stock is firm and steady, instead being fluctuating like a Styrofoam ball in a bath tub".

I hope they resolve this situation, because despite ticker or name change, it doesn't look good to see this type of news about DOLV:

I know this is related to the past, but I bet there are better empty shells out there.

Go to page 8. What that heck is Dolat Ventures written there? We need another amendment? Is this the US constitution? Why don't get it right in the first place? In my line of work, this is simply unacceptable.

Just because Richard Oravec was a co-author of a book, it doesn't make him as God, as many are treating him. God is definitely better than that.

To finish my post, I would like to mention that yesterday I tried to make a valid point to make people think about it. Instead, some people criticized me for taking RO out of the pedestal.
If I was a rude person and like arguing, I would have kicked some balls. But that is the reason I didn't do it:

1) I am not a rude person and I am here to learn and invest, not arguing bullshit;
2) I was afraid if I kicked the balls of somebody, I would hit the mouth of somebody else.

JUST TO MAKE CLEAR: I believe in DOLV, I am a long investor, I know for sure DOLV is not a scam, etc, etc...

To finalize, I would like to say to think over before trowing stones on me, because any kid can do that.
