Why - these permits are for the Crude Distillation Unit - which creates feedstock for a oil refinery - but there isn't a oil refinery.

I didn't read anything in the 10-k about the Doty-Scott valuation - where the hell is that - just another Hanks carrot that was meaningless - so now the new carrot is air permits for a Crude Distillation Unit - not a oil refinery.

As Hanks stated in the S-1 - it would take another 18 months for the permits for a oil refinery.

Where is the capital coming from to build the CDU - then where are the funds to service the debt?

When will Hanks file the required 8-K about the land purchase - so we will know the details of the deal.

Why didn't Hanks include the land purchase in the 10-k under Subsequent Events?
