Revue inc. is dissolved. Revue Holdings, Inc is not. It is an empty shell holding nothing and can aquire additional holdings through RM or purchase, and can still claim the 15mil NOL of Revue Inc because it was a wholly owned subsidiary that was dissolved and not sold. If it were sold, the NOL transfers to the buyer, unless contractual agreement leaves it with the seller or otherwise compensates the seller with a cash value of the NOL.
