It's definitely Notis' responsibility, and they do own EWSD. If plants are in the ground they would need an 8k. The last 8k that came out they referenced some material events that occurred in May and June, so they were way beyond the 4 day limit for an 8k. Even though the 10k and 10q were not filed, they had at least been filing 8k's within 4 days, now they're not even doing that. My guess is, as soon as Goh and Pyatt's 1.5 billion shares become unrestricted, they'll release some good news and dump them.
