emit, respectfully, why I agree and disagree...

I do agree that it is going to take big news to graduate BLDV to the next few levels and higher, but it might not take as much buying from the Float as you believe. I believe such news is coming... a few of them.

Read this post below to see how there are not as many shares within within the Float of which some will not be coming back into circulation which really is a good thing in my opinion:
