As I said, to all. Does it trade like there are 4 bill out? We all have seen true bill OS stocks take hundreds of millions traded to move 100%, BLDV trades fast up and down on light vol. Maybe the shares are socked away somewhere? but they ain't trading we'd see it. So where are they?
