I would love to have someone bring me (and other new investors in BVTK) up to speed on the overdue filings and cease trading orders. What filings are still past due and what are the prospects for catching up? The listing of missing filings, underlying the cease trade status, on the British Columbia Securities Commission website is rather daunting and goes back to July 2016. What's the scoop on this and how is it that people are able to trade when there is a cease trade order, at least in Canada, if not in the US? Erie
