That is exactly correct...

Wow....what a horrible day. If this was a legit merger, this would not have happened imo

...it isn't legit...hell...the company (UHLN) is suspended in Oklahoma...has been for near a year...has 2.5 million dollars in total liabilities, massively dilutive convertible notes and debentures outstanding...and has a stop sign at OTCMarkets...how is that even close to legit? Right. It isn't.
