You have stated repeatedly that Berman was raising $5 mil. Some from South America and the Chinese. In fact it was stated that the documents were signed quite a while ago.

If Scumbag Berman could raise that money why would there be chatter about DECN selling for 20 million bucks and the buyer keeping the settlement money ...


The fact is going dark and committing hanky panky with the financials has screwed shareholders and limited any sensible financing that would be beneficial to shareholders.
