ok so ecsl may have recently changed law firms but ive read every filing on ecsl and found no official removal of beneficial owner of entity here at ecsl.what ive noticed from 2012 - to current is a lot of copy and paste data regurgitating the same information especially regarding BUILDING BLOCKS PEDIATRICS HOME HEALTH SERVICES-so funny cant find a california registration.imo

but dont worry everything else here at ecsl is perfect but do please forget the slojab post #48807 re an ecsl pr.imo

This is from a USEI PR on July 30:

"SANTA CLARITA, Calif., July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- U.S. ENERGY INITIATIVES CORP (USEI.OTC) today announces that it is ready to begin shipments of its fuel. The product is branded Singular 96(TM).
According to Anthony Miller, CEO, "our partnership has raised sufficient capital to begin shipments of our fuel and we are scheduling to ramp- up shipments to 24 loads per week, within 3 weeks to fulfill our existing contract (which totals $150 million). U.S. Energy Initiatives is the managing partner of the venture. Singular 96(TM) is an enhanced energy feedstock blended with methanol and gasoline".

"The assets purchased included all existing contracts, and intellectual property, including patents, pending patents and Trade Marks. Included in the acquisition is a $150 million contract for conversion of the twenty stations in Montreal to Singular 96(TM). Deliveries are underway and the schedule ramps up to 24 shipments per week within three weeks. CyberFuels has raised sufficient capital to fulfill the existing contracts."
