you know i gave it some thought just what you posted so i looked through every filing to see whether there was a change in beneficial owner of entity from 2012 -2017.i did not find one .then i checked through all the lawyer letters listed in the filings and found nothing also regarding this issue.what i did find is lawfirm andrew stack has worked for the beneficial owner of entity with several other companies. andrew stack law firm seems to be current with ecsl.imo
