Thanks again for sharing your conversation with Mr. Berman INSTA... it really is about whether one chooses to believe the information out there as knowledge indeed is power... and to that end it actually comes down to the reputation, candor, transparency and communication of a CEO because he/she controls what information is out there... whether through 'official' filings, PRs or direct communication with shareholders.

There are often times, particularly in the gutter of OTC, when a CEO cannot and does not have full control of timing on his/her goals and what they want to achieve because there are surely others involved and anything can happen... but ultimately it comes down to delivering on their word.

The 'gems' that may be found in OTC are few and far between but I believe through my own research and what's out there that ONCI is among those very few precious ones! Mid-September financial filing should be the tell all... and will be great to hear some of what's been going on from our ONCI CEO even before that!
