If the current BOD is in it for the SHs let's hear their argument. It needs to start with a deal. Or, it needs to involve them stepping down with an independent BOD put in place.

If they have had some type of secret deal to keep the IP off the market then they need that ci-conspirator to step up and make an offer. It doesn't have to be at $200 per share as most SHs are frustrated enough to take way less. Maybe that has been the plan all along. Frustrate, frustrate, frustrate and then steal the IP on the cheap with a lower price and deals for the BOD and key management guys.
