Here's the rub...

WHAT "CLINICAL ACTIVITIES"?!?!?!

The ONLY potential "CLINICAL ACTIVITIES" are at NCCN and have already been paid for as far as PPHM is concerned.

Will Avid provide the APP to NCCN for FREE? Is that the Ronin concern?

Maybe the letter should have stated to cease all pre clinical activity and place all future clinical activity on hold until the company is on firm financial footing.

Again, Peregrine has ZERO "clinical activity" at this time.

Every word matters.
