Are you saying Peregrine would have no plan, whether good or bad, to deal with the Ronin nominations? Don't you think it would be rather short sighted for Ronin to believe that? They might merely say we find them not qualified based on Bavi comments, and therefore not in the best interest of our shareholders. They have that power unfortunately. IMO, Ronin will try to play nice from here, in an effort to get one seat on the board. The BOD might play hardball, but that would not solve all the problems....or Ronin could walk away. We will just have to wait to see how it plays out. GLTA
