Could this be the problem here?
From the latest 10Q relesaed Aug 15....
Management believes that the Company will need to raise additional capital in the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 to finance its operations and sustain its business model, which may be in the form of debt, equity, or some combination thereof.
..But, weve had insider buying at higher levels since. Frustrating!
