Honestly, the reason for current stock price is basically the risk factor. A lot of people see this as a scam/pump and dump, while others believe it's the real deal. The lack of communication imo is fishy but also provides it's not really a pump and dump (as companies typically flood news with PR to inflate pps.) This company is silent on everything but you can see things happening behind the scenes with these state documents/registration. IMO it's the real deal and I'm locked in for a few 100,000 shares. But I'm hoping they can publish some sort of news soon. At worst, we'll wait for the Q2 results which should be out by August 15th if they want to stay current.
