I am not saying there is now value but dilution is killing all momentum,they raised to 7B AS why?

If they could explain why there is a so much dilution,I would be fine...but we don't know what is it for,they already have shady 8M bucks on their Q

They need to communicate better not just twit BS all the time,there is no trust here and markets are always right...
