RATES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION

RATES EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2002
$24,750.00 Island Rental fee per day.

For parties of 8 persons or less, no additional charge.
For parties of 9 – 16 individuals, $24,750 plus $1,250 per person per day for each person over 8.
For parties of 17 – 24 individuals, $24,750 plus $1,150 per person per day for each person over 8.
$25,000 security deposit (refundable within 30 days after departure date) 5% Surcharge for Bahamian room tax and staff gratuities not included in rate.

Rates are inclusive of all meals, all beverages (both alcoholic and other, including fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited usage of all island amenities. Transfers and international telephone services will be billed separately.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
20% deposit is due within two weeks of booking date to secure reservation.
40% deposit is due 6 months prior to arrival.
40% deposit, plus a $25,000 security deposit, is due 3 months prior to arrival.
Preferred form of deposit payment is by wire transfer.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
All deposits are non-refundable as they are received. The security deposit is refundable within 30 days of departure. If any deposit remains due after its due date, Musha Cay has the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and all payments will be forfeited.


CURRENCY: US Dollar.

TRANSFERS:
Not included in rate. We will provide information on charter flights and transfers.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP:
Guests are required to carry with them proof of citizenship (passport or original birth certificate with photo I.D.) for clearing Bahamian Customs and Immigration Services.
